Capp Heritage Sangiovese 2011 is a Napa Valley red wine produced from estate-grown Sangiovese grapes. It offers a dry, fruit-forward profile with notes of ripe cherry, dried blackberry, apricot, balsamic herbs and subtle floral character. Balanced acidity and moderate tannins make it suitable with pasta, roasted poultry, veal, beef and tomato-based dishes. The 2011 vintage received a Silver Medal at the 2015 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
