Verite La Joie Red Wine Sonoma County 2011 750 ML

Verite La Joie Red Wine Sonoma County 2011 is a distinguished California red wine crafted from a Bordeaux inspired blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec. Produced from carefully selected vineyards across Sonoma County, this exceptional wine reflects the elegance and structure of the great Cabernet Sauvignon based wines of Pauillac, Bordeaux. It reveals captivating aromas of ripe red and black plums, redcurrants and tart black cherries, complemented by notes of graphite, fresh herbs, menthol, cocoa and warm baking spices. The palate offers layered fruit flavors, refreshing acidity and structured tannins, leading to a complex, earthy finish. Aged for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels, this sophisticated wine pairs beautifully with grilled steak, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, wild mushrooms and aged cheeses.
