Situated approximately 1,100 feet above sea level, this organically farmed vineyard benefits from coastal influences and distinctive sandstone soils.
The 2016 vintage reveals complex aromas of mountain strawberry, forest floor, savory herbs, dried juniper, caraway and black pepper. The palate is delicate and refined, offering fresh red fruit flavors, subtle earthy complexity and fine tannins. Fermented with native yeasts and matured for 20 months in French oak barrels, this distinctive Pinot Noir delivers an aromatic, graceful and lingering finish.
