Takatenjin Soul of the Sensei is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake produced by Doi Shuzo in Japan’s Shizuoka Prefecture. Created in honor of the brewery’s legendary former brewmaster, this refined sake combines concentrated fruit aromas with a clean, dry character. It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, producing an elegant yet rich profile with notes of melon, green apple, pear, white flowers and subtle citrus. The palate is smooth and creamy, finishing crisp, dry and refreshing. Best served chilled alongside sashimi, tuna tartare, grilled prawns, tempura or delicate cheeses.
