Starlight Distillery Carl T. Huber's Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Barrels is a luxurious Indiana craft bourbon enhanced through finishing in premium Port wine barrels, adding rich fruit character and velvety sweetness to the whiskey’s bold bourbon foundation. Produced by the historic Huber family at Starlight Distillery, this unique expression delivers remarkable balance between classic bourbon flavors and elegant wine-cask influence. The whiskey opens with aromas of caramel, dark berries, vanilla, toasted oak, raisin, and baking spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied with layers of brown sugar, cherry, fig, cocoa, cinnamon, and sweet Port richness leading into a long warming finish with refined oak and fruit complexity.
