The wine displays aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, red berries and violet, complemented by mocha, cedar and clove. Its plush, medium-to-full-bodied palate offers juicy acidity, smooth tannins and layered flavors of blackberry, black raspberry, tobacco leaf and dark chocolate, followed by a long, savory and mineral-driven finish. The blend consists of 87% Merlot, 11% Malbec and 2% Petite Sirah and was matured for 18 months in French oak.
