Shiokawa Cowboy Yamahai is a full-bodied, dry Japanese sake brewed using the traditional Yamahai method. Created specifically to complement steak and other rich meat dishes, this undiluted Junmai Ginjo Genshu offers pronounced acidity, generous umami and a smooth, rounded texture. Aromas of vanilla, cocoa and hickory smoke lead to savoury notes of toasted malt, white pepper and subtle tropical fruit.
