Selbach Riesling Incline 2020 is an off-dry Riesling from the Mosel Saar Ruwer region of Germany. The name "Incline" comes from the steep sloped terroir where the grapes are grown. \n The wine is fruity, with vibrant acidity, clarity, and precision. It has a hint of residual sugar, and is vinified in stainless steel. \n The wine has aromas and flavors of wet slate, citrus, and stone fruit. With age, the wine's color will become more golden and pleasing aromas of honey, dried apricot and sometimes petrol develop. \n The wine is full of zesty lemon and floral aromas, and balanced by a juicy acidity. It can be enjoyed on its own or with Asian food or hearty sausage casseroles.
