Produced from the historic I Bricchi estate vineyards near Acqui Terme, this wine reflects the elegance, depth and aging potential of traditional Barbera d Asti.
The 2020 vintage displays a deep ruby red color with expressive aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, plum and warm spices, complemented by subtle leather and earthy notes. The palate is rich and velvety, offering concentrated fruit flavors, vibrant acidity, refined tannins and a long mineral finish.
Matured for approximately 32 months in large French oak barrels, this sophisticated wine pairs beautifully with braised beef, roasted veal, mushroom pasta, duck and aged cheeses.
