Sassetti Livio-Pertimali Brunello Di Montalcino Mulino 2019 750 ML
Sassetti Livio Pertimali Brunello Di Montalcino 2019 is an elegant Italian red wine produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes in the prestigious Montalcino appellation of Tuscany. Crafted by the historic Sassetti family, this wine showcases the exceptional character of the celebrated 2019 vintage.
The wine opens with expressive aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, violet and dried flowers, complemented by hints of sage, clove and earthy spice. The palate offers concentrated red fruit flavors, vibrant acidity and refined tannins, creating an excellent balance between richness and freshness. A long, structured finish reveals subtle mineral and savory notes.
Traditionally aged in large Slavonian oak barrels, this Brunello pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, braised beef, wild mushroom dishes and aged Pecorino cheese.
