San Polo Podernovi Brunello Di Montalcino 2019 is an elegant single-vineyard Tuscan red produced exclusively from organically grown Sangiovese. The grapes come from the three-hectare Podernovi vineyard, situated approximately 450 meters above sea level on mineral-rich marl and clay soils. Extended maturation in lightly toasted Slavonian oak develops remarkable depth while preserving the wine’s floral aromas, vibrant acidity and refined character. An excellent pairing with red meat, wild game, mushrooms, truffles, Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan Pecorino.
