Salz der Erde' is the much anticipated follow up to the 'Sal de Terra' Albariño by Eulogio Pomares. Translating to 'Salt of the Earth', this is a collaboration between The Sourcing Table's own Ben Henshaw, wine writer Jamie Goode, Zalto glass importer Daniel Primack and legendary German winemaker Theresa Bruer of 'Georg Bruer' in the Rheingau. \n\nTheresa is a true master of the Riesling grape, creating lean, mineral and refined expressions of this German variety. She is the perfect collaborator for this project, and their resulting 'Salz der Ertz' Riesling is every bit the masterpiece that 'Sal de Terra' is. Crisp, dry and intensely expressive with notes of citrus, lemon rind and a salty, refreshing finish.
