Description
Routin Dry Vermouth is a classic extra-dry French vermouth produced by Distillerie des Alpes in Chambéry, Savoie. It is made using Jacquère Vin de Savoie and Sauvignon Blanc, aromatized with 17 botanicals including wormwood, rose petals, juniper, rosemary, and bitter almond. The style is crisp, herbaceous, floral, and well suited for Martinis, aperitif service, and culinary use.
Testing Note
Aromas of apple, sage, orange, and pineapple lead into flavors of apple, juniper, wormwood, and raisin. The finish is floral and herbaceous with notes of lavender, tarragon, and cinnamon.
