After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine is aged for about one year in handmade terracotta amphorae, preserving fruit purity while adding texture and complexity.

      Bright ruby-to-garnet in color, with aromas of dried flowers, raspberry preserve, dried plum and white pepper. The palate is fresh, structured and tannic, with red cherry, currant and rose-petal notes, finishing with balanced acidity and polished tannins.
