Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Bourbon Barrel Aged California is a bold and expressive American red wine that combines the rich character of California Cabernet Sauvignon with the distinctive influence of bourbon barrel aging. This full bodied wine offers inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries and dark plums, complemented by indulgent notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and warm baking spices. The palate delivers concentrated dark fruit flavors with hints of cocoa, brown sugar and smoky oak. Smooth tannins and a rich, lingering finish create a distinctive wine that pairs beautifully with grilled steak, barbecue ribs, smoked brisket, roasted meats and aged cheeses.
