Rippon Mature Vine Riesling 2023 is an exceptional premium white wine from the picturesque shores of Lake Wanaka in Central Otago, New Zealand. Crafted from 100% Riesling grapes grown on mature, biodynamically farmed vines, this elegant wine beautifully expresses the region's distinctive schist soils and cool alpine climate. Produced with minimal intervention, it showcases remarkable purity, complexity, and mineral character. Expressive aromas of fresh lime, ripe green apple, apricot, orange blossom, and delicate honey lead to a beautifully textured palate with vibrant acidity and subtle natural sweetness. Layers of grapefruit, mandarin peel, beeswax, and saline minerality contribute to its exceptional depth and balance. Its long, refined finish makes it an excellent pairing for fresh seafood, sushi, spicy Asian cuisine, grilled fish, and soft cheeses.
