Rippon Pinot Noir Mature Vine 2022 750 ML
Rippon Mature Vine Pinot Noir 2022 is an exceptional premium red wine from the breathtaking Lake Wanaka region of Central Otago, New Zealand. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on mature, biodynamically farmed vines, this elegant wine beautifully expresses the region's distinctive schist soils and cool climate. Aged in French oak barrels, it develops remarkable depth, complexity, and refined structure. Expressive aromas of wild strawberries, dark cherries, raspberries, violets, and exotic spices lead to a sophisticated palate with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and delicate mineral notes. Subtle hints of forest floor, cedar, and savory herbs contribute to its long, graceful finish. Perfect for pairing with roasted duck, grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, game meats, and aged cheeses.r
