Remoissenet Gevrey Chambertin 2023 750 ML
Remoissenet Gevrey Chambertin 2023 is an elegant French red wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the prestigious Gevrey Chambertin appellation of Burgundy's Cote de Nuits. Produced by the historic Remoissenet Pere et Fils estate, this wine showcases the depth, finesse and distinctive character of traditional Burgundy Pinot Noir.
The 2023 vintage reveals expressive aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, dark forest berries and subtle floral notes, complemented by hints of spice, tobacco and woodland earth. On the palate, juicy red and dark fruit flavors are balanced by refreshing acidity, silky tannins and delicate mineral undertones. The finish is refined, persistent and beautifully structured.
Aged in French oak barrels, this sophisticated Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, coq au vin, grilled veal, mushroom risotto and aged cheeses.
