Raymond Vineyards Sommelier Selection Cabernet Sauvignon North Coast 2023 is an elegant California red wine created through a collaboration between renowned sommeliers and Raymond's winemaking team. Crafted from a carefully selected blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, this wine combines the richness of Sonoma County fruit with the bold character of Lake County grapes.

The 2023 vintage reveals enticing aromas of dark berries, ripe plum and delicate spices. On the palate, juicy blueberry, red raspberry and succulent plum flavors are complemented by subtle hints of toasted oak and creamy vanilla. Its full bodied texture, velvety mouthfeel and refined tannins lead to a beautifully balanced, elegant finish.

Aged in a combination of mostly neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon pairs wonderfully with grilled steak, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
