Rancho Vinedo Don Juan Pacifico Pinot Noir Santa Maria Valley 2021 750 ML
Rancho Vinedo Don Juan Pacifico Pinot Noir 2021 is a distinctive California red wine from the cool coastal climate of Santa Maria Valley in Santa Barbara County. Produced by Ranchos de Ontiveros, this wine celebrates the agricultural heritage of the Ontiveros family, whose roots in the region stretch back generations.
Crafted from Pinot Noir, this elegant wine reflects the character of Santa Maria Valley's coastal influence and distinctive vineyard soils. It offers a refined profile of red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, complemented by floral aromas, savory herbs and subtle earthy notes. The palate is fresh and balanced, with delicate tannins, lively acidity and a graceful finish.
An excellent pairing for roasted duck, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto and herb roasted chicken, this Pinot Noir is a compelling expression of California's Central Coast.
