The producer describes Peak as a blend of Southern French varieties, specifically Syrah and Petit Verdot, harvested from vineyards around 900 meters above sea level. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak, giving it depth, structure, and a polished texture.

       

      Rich aromas of black fruit, blackberry, black pepper, dark chocolate, dried flowers, and mineral notes lead to a concentrated palate with velvety texture, firm structure, and refreshing acidity. Cedar, baking spice, dried herbs, and graphite add complexity to the long finish.
