The grapes for Poderi Luigi Einaudi Barbaresco 2020 are sourced from vineyards located in the communes of Barbaresco, Neive, and Treiso. The vines are grown in calcareous-clayey soils at an altitude of 200-400 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September or early October.\n\nAfter harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
