Peay Vineyards West Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2024 is a certified-organic, cool-climate Chardonnay sourced primarily from Peay’s coastal estate vineyard, with some Richardson Vineyard fruit. Native-yeast fermentation, full malolactic fermentation, lees stirring, and 11 months of aging in French oak give the wine a silky texture while preserving its bright coastal acidity and mineral character. Expect white peach, citrus peel, apple, white flowers, mint, flint, and subtle pastry notes with a distinctly saline finish.
