Domaine Luc and Lise Pavelot Aloxe Corton Rouge 2023 is an elegant red Burgundy crafted from old-vine Pinot Noir grown on clay-and-limestone soils near the hill of Corton. The grapes are organically cultivated and harvested by hand, followed by fermentation with native yeasts and approximately 12 months of barrel maturation. The wine combines ripe red-fruit character with earthy complexity, fresh acidity and refined tannins, making it enjoyable now while offering good medium-term aging potential.
