Nuestra Soledad Lachigui is an artisanal joven mezcal produced in Lachigui, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, by mezcalero Pedro Vásquez. Made from Espadín agave using traditional methods including pit roasting, tahona crushing, open fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills, it is known for its concentrated herbaceous, earthy and mineral character.
