Made from 100% Espadín agave, the agaves are traditionally roasted in an underground pit oven, crushed, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper stills. The result is an expressive mezcal combining roasted agave, fruit, herbs, minerals, and distinctive smoky notes.
