Neyers Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a rich, full-bodied red wine with a deep ruby-purple color. It offers expressive aromas of wild cherry, blackberry, cassis, roasted herbs, cocoa, chocolate and fresh tobacco leaf. The palate is concentrated and structured, featuring ripe boysenberry and mulberry flavors, chewy tannins and subtle notes of licorice and toasted wood. The finish is juicy and persistent with a bramble-like character. The wine was fermented with native yeast, aged for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration.
