Narutotai Shiboritate Ginjo Nama Genshu is a fresh, unpasteurized and undiluted Japanese sake produced by Honke Matsuura Shuzo in Tokushima Prefecture. Made from Oseto rice polished to 58%, it offers an expressive, full-bodied profile with vibrant fruit aromas, refreshing acidity and a rich, rounded texture. Expect notes of strawberry, watermelon, melon, pear, sweet rice and subtle citrus, followed by a bright, mostly dry finish. Serve well chilled and keep refrigerated because it is a nama, or unpasteurized, sake.
