MUJEN Ai Lite is a premium Japanese single-distilled rice shochu made in Hitoyoshi in the Kumamoto region of southern Japan. Crafted from rice using traditional Japanese distilling techniques, Ai Lite is designed to be lighter and crisper than the original MUJEN expression. It offers a clean, smooth profile and works well served chilled, over ice, with soda, or in cocktails.
Testing Note
Light and restrained with a fresh lemony aroma leading to a clean, nearly neutral palate. Subtle notes of lemongrass and tarragon emerge on the finish, giving the spirit a crisp and refreshing character.
