It combines Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and a small proportion of Muscadelle sourced from dry-farmed vineyards. Barrel fermentation, lees aging and bâtonnage give the wine a rich, concentrated texture while retaining freshness, minerality and a long, refined finish.

       

      Aromas of ripe peach, gooseberry and white currant with hints of white pepper, coriander seed and oyster shell. The palate is full-bodied, viscous and vibrant, showing intense citrus and apple flavors with a long, chalky, mineral-driven finish.
