All wines were made from grapes planted at Herdade da Candeeira and Herdade da Vigia. The grapes were harvested in the best plots and fully destemmed on arrival at the winery. These wines were vinified in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, some were bottled in order to preserve their young and fresh character, while others were deposited in oak barrels, where they remained for a few months, which gave them complexity and structure. Ruby color wine, with red and black fruit aromas and a hint of chocolate. This is a well-balanced wine, with soft tannins and good freshness.
