Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina 2024 is a lively Basque white wine produced in Zarautz, Gipuzkoa, from 85% Hondarrabi Zuri and 15% Chardonnay. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, it retains Txakoli’s characteristic freshness and gentle natural spritz. Bright lemon and lime mingle with green apple, white flowers and a distinctly salty coastal minerality. Light-bodied, crisp and very refreshing, it is especially well suited to oysters, seafood, anchovies, ceviche and light tapas.
