      Mijenta Añejo Tequila is a premium aged tequila produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The tequila is matured for approximately 18 months in a carefully selected combination of American white oak, French oak, French acacia and cherry wood casks. The result is a rich, complex and elegant añejo with layers of cooked agave, dried fruit, cacao, vanilla and warm spice.

      Rich aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, cacao, dried fruits and toasted oak are complemented by hints of spice and caramel. The palate is smooth and full-bodied with notes of butterscotch, dark chocolate, dried fruit, warm spices and roasted agave, leading to a long, refined and complex finish.
