It is matured for 18 months in custom Symphony barrels constructed with American oak staves sourced from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The extended aging develops layers of vanilla, caramel, fruit, chocolate, and floral character while maintaining the distinctive flavor of cooked agave.
