Mary Taylor Clara Sala Sicilia Bianco 2024 is an organic Sicilian white wine made from 100% Grillo grown near Mazara del Vallo on Sicily’s western coast. The fruit comes from the small Contrada San Nicola vineyard, planted on sandy limestone soils close to the Mediterranean Sea. Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on the lees, the wine is fresh and vibrant with white flowers, green apple, nectarine, Meyer lemon, and a distinctive saline mineral character.
