Maison Evenstad Bourgogne Blanc Aux Argillières 2022 is an elegant white Burgundy made entirely from Chardonnay. The fruit comes from the Aux Argillières climat near Premeaux-Prissey, where the vines grow in limestone-rich soil with abundant white marl. Its south-facing slope encourages excellent grape maturity while preserving freshness and mineral character.

The wine offers a refined citrus-driven aroma with a bright, precise palate. Fresh acidity is complemented by a firm mineral structure, subtle saline notes and a long, clean finish. It is an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy pasta and soft cheeses.
