Le Monde Pinot Nero Rosé Brut is a bright, elegant sparkling rosé from Friuli, Italy, made entirely from Pinot Nero. After gentle pressing and temperature-controlled primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method and remains on its lees for about 60 days. The result is a fresh, lively rosé with fine bubbles, delicate red-fruit character and floral notes.
