Le Monde Ribolla Gialla Sparkling is a fresh and elegant Brut sparkling wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. Made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grown on calcareous-clay soils, the wine undergoes primary fermentation followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method. It then remains on the lees to build texture and aromatic complexity while retaining the grape’s lively freshness and mineral character.
