Laherte Freres Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut is a distinctive grower Champagne made entirely from Pinot Meunier. The cuvée combines Meunier vinified three ways: 60% as white wine from direct pressing, 30% with skin maceration, and 10% as still red wine. It is aged on the lees and finished with a very low dosage, giving the Champagne a dry, energetic profile with strong red-fruit and mineral character.
