Laherte Freres Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a pure, mineral-driven grower Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Chavot and Épernay on the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay. The blend includes 50% reserve wines from previous vintages aged in barrel on the lees. Fermentation takes place in small foudres and barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation and aging on fine lees. It is disgorged by hand with no dosage, emphasizing the natural freshness, chalky minerality, and character of the Chardonnay.
