La Soufrandière Saint Véran La Combe Desroches 2023 is an elegant, biodynamically farmed white Burgundy made entirely from Chardonnay. The vineyard lies on a cool, north-facing slope at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson, where marl and clay-limestone soils provide freshness and mineral character. Fermented with native yeasts and matured primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in used oak barrels, the wine is precise and vibrant, showing citrus, orchard fruit, white flowers and a long, stony finish.
