La Medida Bicuishe Antonio Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, produced from wild Bicuishe agave using traditional methods. The mature agave is roasted in an underground pit oven, naturally fermented and distilled in small batches. The result is a distinctive agave spirit with earthy, herbal, mineral and smoky characteristics that showcase the traditional mezcal-making heritage of Oaxaca.
