Konteki Pearls of Simplicity is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake produced by Higashiyama Brewery in Kyoto, Japan. Made from highly polished Yamada Nishiki rice and Kyoto’s soft Fushimi water, it offers an elegant, pure and delicately layered character. Aromas of white flowers, Asian pear and steamed rice lead to flavors of apple, honeydew and citrus, followed by refined minerality and a silky, clean finish. It is best served chilled and pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, scallops, pork and lighter dishes.
