Open and approachable, with medium body and soft elegant fruit as well as a supple texture and fresh acidity, it's even-keeled and has a hint of spice on the finish. The Mirabai 2022 is medium cool red with deep pink and blue undertones and brilliant transparency. True to the Dundee Hills, this Mirabai begins with a beautiful, fresh, and concentrated strawberry nose with subtle spices and tastes of the same along with raspberries. There is a very pleasing sappiness that adds to the red berry deliciousness with any excess of either fruit or weight. I love the balance, the texture and long finish of this wine.
