June’s Sparkling Rosé is a fresh, dry Austrian sparkling rosé created by June Rodil and Cat Miles in collaboration with winemaker Markus Huber. It is produced from certified-organic estate fruit grown in Austria’s Traisental region. The blend is equal parts Zweigelt and Pinot Noir, with approximately six hours of skin contact giving the wine its delicate pink color. It is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged for four months on the lees, resulting in bright fruit, lively acidity and a soft, refreshing fizz.
