The Wisselbrunnen, one of the most famous vineyards in Germany, with its southwest-facing location and its water-retaining marl soil, allows the grapes to ripen to a high degree. The nose reveals subtle herbal and citrus notes, while on the palate the Wisselbrunnen impresses with enormous concentration, complexity and minerality. There is an exciting interplay of fruit and saltiness. This unfolds particularly well in combination with dark sauces and strong dishes, but can also be enjoyed excellently on its own.
