It is light in alcohol yet concentrated, with delicate sweetness, excellent freshness, and a long saline finish.
Testing Note
Delicate aromas of yellow plum, peach, citrus and subtle dried herbs with distinctive crushed-slate minerality. The palate is light and vivid, showing lemony freshness, gentle sweetness, vibrant acidity and a persistent saline mineral finish.
