The Graacher Himmelreich site has weathered gray slate soils and a somewhat gentler, west-facing exposure compared with Wehlener Sonnenuhr. The wine is hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel, combining ripe fruit, refreshing acidity and distinctive mineral character.
