Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Cask Strength Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a distinctive Kentucky bourbon matured through Jefferson’s signature ocean-aging process. Fully matured bourbon barrels are placed aboard ships and exposed to constant movement, changing temperatures, humidity, and sea air during their voyage. Bottled at cask strength from a single barrel, this 111.4 proof release delivers concentrated bourbon character with rich sweetness, spice, oak, and subtle maritime influence.
