Crafted using the traditional method, the wine undergoes brief skin maceration and spends at least 12 months aging on its lees in bottle. It shows a pale salmon-pink color with fine bubbles and expressive notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry and raspberry, complemented by delicate pastry-cream nuances and a precise, refreshing finish.
